Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect size choice, or preference.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
